You’ll work closely with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to coordinate all services elements, ensuring documentation, sequencing, installation, and commissioning are aligned to program and quality expectations. These projects aren’t cookie-cutter jobs—they demand a strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, combined with a hands-on, builder’s mindset. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: Coordinating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, AV and other specialist services with building design Managing subcontractor input from design coordination through to installation and commissioning Reviewing drawings, identifying clashes, and ensuring practical buildability Overseeing installation quality, compliance, testing, and handover documentation Working with internal estimators and engineers to review pricing and value engineering options Acting as the on-site bridge between design intent, services implementation, and construction delivery You’ll play a critical part in ensuring the services integration enhances—not hinders—project outcomes.
